Flights and timing

- Know what’s accepted: cards, cash, local wallets.
- Have 2 payment methods and a backup plan if your phone dies.
- Decide your cash strategy: ATM on arrival vs pre-exchange.
Connectivity
- Get online fast: eSIM or airport SIM, before you need rides or translations.
- Download offline maps and key addresses.
- Set up a “lost phone” recovery plan (email, cloud backups).

- Transport from airport to first hotel: pre-plan and screenshot details.
- First night: keep it simple, sleep, hydrate, reset.
